Unlike many other websites with special rules and fine print, Mighty Emporium LLC. has a transparent and clear shipping policy for all orders placed on our website, without any notable exceptions.
We are committed to delivering your order accurately, in good condition, and always on time, as promised on our website.
Each order may be shipped only to a single destination address specified at the time of payment for that order. Placing multiple orders to ship products to different addresses would be best.
We make our best efforts to ship each item in your order within 2-3 working days of the order. However, in some cases, we may take longer, up to 5 working days, We ship all weekdays (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
Ensure your order reaches you in the fastest time and good condition.
While we shall strive to ship all items in your order together, this may not always be possible due to product characteristics or availability.
UPS does not meet its service guarantee. Customers can notify Mighty Emporium LLC, and we will gladly place the claim with UPS to recover your shipping costs. Mighty Emporium LLC. will credit customer accounts for the shipping fees from successful claims as soon as UPS has paid the claim.

DECLINE SHIPMENT
If you believe that the product is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, before accepting delivery of the goods, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call 847 895 7080 mentioning your order reference number. We shall try our best to ensure a replacement delivery is made to you as soon as possible.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping over $1500. Offer will not apply to discounted prices.
Shipping rates are determined by size, weight & distance. Shipping costs will be added to your order after it is packed & weighed.
SATURDAY SHIPMENTS
UPS Ground only operates on Saturdays for the four weekends between Thanksgiving and Christmas. During the rest of the year, We will pick and pack all Saturday orders that specify UPS Ground as their method of shipment; however, those packages will not begin moving until the following Monday.
SUBSIDIZED SHIPPING
All our available shipping methods are either flat-rate or have Freight shipping options. Please remember that NON-VAPE FEDEX OR UPS Ground does not deliver on Saturday.
Shipments outside of the contiguous 48 states and shipments that include bulk items are not eligible for Mighty Emporium LLC’s free or flat-rate options.
DELAYED AND LOST SHIPMENTS
Shipments can experience delays and complications beyond Mighty Emporium LLC.’s control. While we will make every effort to work with the carriers on your behalf to locate and expedite these shipments, customers assume full responsibility for their packages as soon as they have been shipped from MIGHTY EMPORIUM LLC (FOB Shipping Point). Mighty Emporium LLC will not be responsible for lost packages or wrong addresses. Customer claim Lost package at UPS or Mighty Emporium LLC will pay you $25 store credit.
DIRECT SIGNATURE SERVICES
Service available by UPS. Direct Sign means someone at least 21 years old in this address to sign for the package; otherwise, they leave the package outside without knowledge. The customer must inform us of this service. we will apply an extra $4 per package.

Users should charge in fire-proof containers, should not leave batteries unattended or charging overnight, charge on flammable surfaces, or have water-damaged cells. Might Emporium and its any of its affiliates are not responsible for any damage or modification of batteries due to mishandling by the user. Might Emporium is not responsible for claims made by battery manufacturers or damages caused herein for such.
